this reminded me of that time

this reminded me of that time that Steve was going on about how he used to wear shorts under his tights, so I thought I'd share:
"Sometimed when I walk through the East Village, I feel a gust of nostalgia for 1993when I first moved to New York and lived with my artsy friend Jill in a two-bedroom on 12th Street. It was a carefree, de-gorgeous era, when I often wore girl’s-size thermals printed with snowflakes or flowers and $3 thrift store bell-bottoms. I even knotted my hair in Bjork buns. I suppose we can all get lost in our nostalgia, no matter how dumb we looked." --Mike Albo from the New York Times in "Come out of your cave and get used to the price."

i believe steve wore his shorts OVER his tights, but i could be wrong.
and siri ... i think the entire world (well, the hip, literate contingent at least) will envy your automobile. it's like pimp my ride for the nerd set. just beware .... i fear the strangers may ask you for tours of amherst, though that could be a rather amusing and possibly lucrative hobby.
