ah, beth... thank you thank you. excellent post. i love how you slipped the celebrity gossip in between the slightly more "academic" notes. and i'm vary happy that you remembered to share the npr thing because siri and sarah definitely need to hear it. did you hear ira glass singing in the beginning also? so endearing.

his singing was def. the highlight of the show. I wonder if you are going to see the original friday the 13th tonight at criterion? or if you have any interest in the film adaptation of everything is illuminated, which I fear may be very terrible.
