questions to ponder while thinking about things that must be done

Everybody knows we didn't have club on Monday. Except maybe our helter-skelter members who check the blog once a month or year, like Sheehan (who we forgot to drunk dial from S.R.'s party) and Tricia, who lives in the North, and Sarah I., who posted once (remember?) and then didn't anymore. And also excpet for our honorary members, who are my favorite kind of members, because they appear every couple of years and roll around on yoga balls, or teach people to play guitar, or concieve of "cockwear." And where is that magical SLS? Back in our region? Climbing Mt. Monadock (total misspelling). Anyway, I used the occasion to move furniture because it is spring and I was sort of tired of my living room. I like the new layout (much more space in the middle of the room to roll about in) but then again I didn't do any writing, and there is a paper to try to write if I want to party this weekend, and there is an article I wanted to write for the newspaper about paperback swap, and then there is crafting, which always seems to lie in this corner of my brain that says, "DO IT NOW!" when there is a chapter about information science to be read. Will Beverly fail her midterm? The world may know tomorrow. Until then, fair and tender comrades, I bid you adieu.

Information theory? W00t! Let the good times roll:

My new hobby is going to the the local bar and reading about information theory (in particular, experiments to test violations of Bell's inequalities using electrical noise) until I'm too drunk to continue.

yes. spring is a time to think about our members far and near, and to love them. it is also a time to remember that moving is less complicated than it was during horse and buggy era. my goodness! I also really need to recommend checking out the diagrams in the link lafe has provided, they are lovely. One in particular I am thinking of making into a t-shirt.
