We love your work, Bev, but it just didn't have the narrative arc we were looking for. (beginning-middle-ending or hints thereof) Certainly hope you're working on a novel though! Your eye is as good now as I remember it in school!

whoa! hurrah for posting on the nhwc blog again! and hurrah for the positive things the editor said, and boo and lol for the comment about plot. lordy i do have trouble with plot myself. maybe in the fall when we resume club we can do a plot workshop and some specific plot excercises. surely it cannot be that hard if we jazzercize it :)
p.s. the word verification is getting might difficult here. i am looking down below with dread as i type this. "qwjpkrwc" all swirly like i'm on crazy drugs. whew!
