wow. just plain tickets (minus the claire's catering and one-on-one) are only 37 bucks. i am game! it's even on a sunday night :)

$125 per person to meet ira and eat claire's yummy grub... priceless!

I love Ira. I think we should go to see him, but maybe not to the afterparty, as I would just freeze up and turn frightened, as i always do with celebrities.
but, beverly, that's part of the experience! how often can you spend ridiculous amounts of money to be painfully awkward?
i don't mean to be a bummer and a naysayer, but (and maybe this is only because I couldn't go to this) you should just buy the straight up tix. there are going to be tons of people there vying for Mr. Glass's attention and you can spend $125 on Claire's food any ol' Sunday. (i am sorry, but I don't care for Claire' food, or her prices...) but Mr. Glass...go!
